Our broad range of equipment allows us to produce product from the simple to the complex. We provide quality products to the hand tool industry, specialized products to the power and sail boat industry, components for heavy machinery, specialized product for electronics and technology companies, and components for the liquid level switch industry among others.
We work in the free machining steel, brass and aluminum alloys and the hard to turn stainless alloys, especially 316SS in rounds, hex and square shapes. Our expertise, past practice and well maintained equipment allow us to turn all different alloys and shapes at high production rates.
Because of modifications to our primary and secondary equipment, we are also able to turn and process product once thought to be too long for automatic equipment. We are able to turn, thread and drill the back ends of long product. We are also able to roll threads and knurls on our high speed secondary equipment.
Our range of equipment, from Precision Hand Turret Lathes, CNC Equipped Screw Machines and the newest Swiss Type CNC Automatics and full Secondary Department allow us to develop a manufacturing process to economically produce a large variety of products.
